We are not counsellors, and we cannot advise you on your own marriage by email. We would do it badly, and getting it wrong in a private situation we know nothing about could do real harm.
If things are hard right now, a qualified marriage counsellor or therapist will help you far more than we can. Chapter 9 of the book is about exactly that — how to find someone competent wherever you live, six questions to ask before you pay anyone, and nine reasons to walk out.
And if there is an affair, a spouse who has said she is leaving, coercion or abuse in either direction, or an addiction that has a hold on either of you — please speak to a professional rather than reading a book. That is the book's own advice, in its own words, given before you reach Chapter 1.
You are welcome to write to us anyway. We just won't pretend to be something we're not.
Emails go to one inbox and are not shared. We never name the book in a subject line, and we don't publish or quote anything you send us without asking you first.
Your original purchase receipt comes from Selar rather than from us, and their template is not something we control. The privacy policy sets out exactly what it says.
