If Chapters 1 and 2 don't describe your last six months more accurately than you could have described them yourself, email us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You keep the files.
That is about a hundred and eighty minutes of reading to find out — the first two chapters — and it is the whole of what we are asking you to take on trust.
Email support@themendeletters.com from the address you used to buy, with the word refund in the subject. You do not need to give a reason, and we will not ask for one. You do not need to explain anything about your marriage to get your money back.
We approve refunds within 2 business days. The money is returned by the same payment method you used. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it usually appears within 5–10 business days.
We refund on accuracy of description — whether the book describes your situation. We cannot refund against an outcome, because the outcome involves another adult.
The book promises four things, all of them yours and none of them contingent on what your wife does. It is explicit, on the sales page and again in its own Introduction, that it makes no promise about her. If you were expecting one, we would rather you had read that before buying than after.
Refunds are for one copy per person. We reserve the right to decline where there is clear evidence of abuse — for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, or redistribution of the files.
Because your payment was processed by Selar, Gumroad or Paddle, the refund is issued through them. If you bought through one of those platforms you may also request the refund directly in their own system.
